1. Request for Deferred Payment or Payment in Installments

Currently enrolled students who, for unavoidable reasons, are unable to pay the fees by the above deadline may be allowed to defer payment to a later date or in installments by lodging a request. Once the details of the request have been assessed and approved, an Approval Slip for deferred payment/payment by installments will be sent by post.

• Lodgment Deadline: Such requests must be lodged no later than two (2) weeks prior to the above deadlines for payment.
• Submission to: Student Affairs Department
• Final deadline for deferred/installment payments:
  1st Semester: June 30 / 2nd Semester: December 20 *Next day if the deadline for payment falls on a public holiday

2. Handling of Students in Arrears

If payment has not been made by the deadline for payment, a reminder notice will be posted to the student and the student’s guarantor. If payment has not been made by the Final Deadline for Payment stated in the reminder notice, the student will be expelled pursuant to the University Rules and will lose all status as a student. Due caution is advised to ensure that this does not happen.

3. 2022 Tuition and Fees
